Most full branding projects take somewhere between four and eight weeks, depending on the scope of the work and how quickly feedback comes through. Smaller logo projects are usually quicker. We’ll always give you a realistic timeline before anything starts.
Not at all. Most people come to us with a rough idea, a Pinterest board, screenshots, voice notes, or a vague sense that something isn’t working properly anymore. Figuring things out is part of the process.
Nope. We work with businesses across Shropshire, Cheshire, the wider UK, and occasionally further afield as well.
Everything properly organised and ready to use. That usually includes SVG, PNG, PDF, and print-ready files where needed, along with brand assets, exported graphics, and anything else relevant to the project.
Most of the time, yes. Most of our websites are built so you can comfortably make basic updates yourself without needing to message us every five minutes. We also provide handover support so you’re not left staring at the dashboard wondering what anything does.
Usually just an initial conversation, a completed brief, and enough information for us to understand what you’re trying to achieve. After that, we’ll guide you through the rest without making it unnecessarily complicated.
